Empower Me! Magazine is a quarterly print & digital magazine that focuses on issues that today’s upwardly mobile Professional and business owner deal with concerning growth strategies. The magazine covers topics in business ownership, small business management, corporate advancement, power networking, professional development, career management, leadership, relationship building, finance, negotiating, mentoring, social branding and entrepreneurship.

Our commitment is to spotlight successful men and women of all diverse backgrounds, and giving valuable learning lessons to professionals currently defining and exploring their career paths. The magazine serves as a catalyst to not just prepare for growth and advancement, but also genuine networking.

We differ from others because the magazine originated from networking first, while other magazines launched first, then followed up with events and attempted networking. They fall short in recognizing that networking requires engagement, follow through and follow up, and starts with building a strong community. It shouldn’t be thought of or offered only at quarterly or annual events. Our established community allows for the continued growth and expanded dialog amongst one another.

The Digital Edition of the magazine is NOT the same as the website. The Digital Edition is an identical electronic version of our print magazine available to paid subscribers. This website serves as a community for our readers and viewers to come together to read, watch, listen and discuss topics drawn from our bloggers, radio show, internet TV channel, magazine and our social media interaction.

The Publisher

Adrienne Graham is a serial entrepreneur. She is CEO of TWO companies.

She is the CEO & Founder of Empower Me! Corporation, a media, publishing and professional development organization for the upwardly mobile professional. She is the voice behind Views From the Top Radio Show and the creative social media visionary responsible for creating Empower Me! Radio, Empower Me Institute, Empower Me! Magazine, Empowered for Growth TV, and the Empower Me Networks (The Business Owners Club & The Power Broker Club). She has taken what started as a small professional network for women of color, and turned into an international multimedia and networking power brand for men and women serious about growth.

Graham is an 20 year recruiting veteran and CEO of The Red Shoe Agency, tech & engineering recruitment consulting firm. The firm specializes in talent development, talent management and talent acquisition strategy consulting. She is a Certified Diversity Recruiter, trainer and professional career consultant who has been tapped by major publications as a Subject Matter Expert in the areas of recruiting, career management, diversity and social media. She also provides Career Management Strategy Programs.

She is known as a Networking Power Broker who has mastered traditional and social networking. Her smartphone contains some pretty powerful people she can turn to at any time for advice or just to chat. The author of four self-published books, she wrote THE BOOK on Fearless Networking and set the bar for how all women should network in the 21st century.
