Wow Jim. What a powerful statement. Please know that you are NOT a nobody and by you buying into that, you let “them” win. There are people who still believe in humanity and those who are willing and able to help others. “Empowered” you’re right. It is easier said than done. it’s not about writing an article, it’s about motivating people to get up and make change so they can make things happen. Attitude counts for 70%. Sitting on the sidelines pointing out what you think may not work isn’t doing anything to find or make solutions. I didn’t write it with the hopes of changing people’s lives or giving them opportunities. I wrote it to change perspectives and move people to action. I, as one person, don’t have all the answers and all solutions don’t fit every situation. But what I do know is that if a person is truly fed up and tired of the same old same old, they’ll be jolted into making change so that things can improve. Degree or no degree.

Easier said than done. I can write an article like this one, and tell people exactly what to do…. still isn’t going to get anyone hired who has a degree. Maybe I can get a job telling other people how to get a job too? lol
